Yes, our system will automatically generate a confirmation email within 30 seconds of receiving your order. This email will validate the delivery window for each line, as well as your payment method. Yes you can simply place your order on line and your goods will be sent to you. Unfortunately, you can not come in to browse our goods, other than on the internet, as we are not a retail shop and access to the warehouse is restricted. Picking up your parts can be done, but please contact us first.

All datasheet are associated with products. If you still can not find data on a stocked product please contact us for assistance. Relationships do not exist between all the manufacturers of all parts that X-On trade, for example Texas Instruments Incorporated. In these instances, we are not permitted to display those logos, trademarks, branding, trade dress and datasheets etc.

Generally speaking, the courier companies we use delivers during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.

Your orders will be delivered via a courier and if your home is unattended a notice will be left in your letterbox or under your door advising our Customer Service contact details. You will get charged a second delivery fee if our courier has to call out a third time.
